TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions are set out to protect all parties involved when booking a WORKSHOP either directly at THE LIL DRAMA COMPANY LTD. or with our contracted online sales agents.
When signing up to a course at THE LIL DRAMA COMPANY, you acknowledge that on booking we are entitled to do all that we deem necessary to plan for your participation on the workshops. You acknowledge that this may extend to acquiring additional equipment, restructuring the delivery of the course, and changing tutors to accommodate your placement. Accordingly you agree that the Cancellation Policies included in these terms and conditions are both fair and reasonable and as far as you are aware reflect the circumstances at the time of booking.
When joining any of our courses you acknowledge and accept that, tutors and locations are susceptible to change without notice. THE LIL DRAMA COMPANY will notify students where possible via email.
To secure a place on a course, THE LIL DRAMA COMPANY requires payment full payment of the course beforehand.
If you cannot attend a workshop on which you have booked and made a payment for we can offer you the following:
Transfer you to an alternative course or the same workshop you have booked for when it runs again at a later date. Refund you 50% of the money you have paid for the course. Refunds must be requested no less than 14 days before the workshop begins or the refund will be refused. If you wish to make a complete cancellation less than 14 days before your workshop begins – no refunds are available under any circumstances and full payment of fees will be required. Once you have transferred your booking, you cannot request a refund under any circumstances.
It is your, the customer’s responsibility to make sure your belongings are safe and secure at all times. THE LIL DRAMA COMPANY is not responsible for any personal damages or losses.
We accept no responsibility for you travelling to and from the workshops studio space.
All accidents are reported in our incident book.
We reserve the right to make alterations to any of the workshops at short notice. Including moving dates and changes to teaching staff.
You must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your class starting and vacate the premises promptly after the class has finished.
Booking & Payments:
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase, booking or use of any workshop or related products or services provided by THE LIL DRAMA COMPANY.
Information about workshops and related products and services (including price) is subject to change across platforms without notice.
You may cancel your place on our workshop for a partial refund of 50% or transfer your booking to the next available date when THE LIL DRAMA COMPANY is notified 15 days before the start date. Only one transfer can be made. If you do not transfer your booking and cancel 7 days or less before the start date, then you are liable to pay the full fee.
Changes to our WORKSHOPS.
When joining any of our workshops you acknowledge and accept that mentors/tutors and locations are susceptible to change without notice. THE LIL DRAMA COMPANY will notify students where possible via email.
Full payment is due before the start of the workshop. Payment is deemed to have happened when we (or our contracted sales agent) have received cleared funds.
CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS
All cancellations and requests to transfer to a different workshop must be received in writing (email or letter) 15 days before the start date of a workshop.
You may cancel your place on our workshop for a partial refund of 50% or a transfer can be made to the next available date when THE LIL DRAMA COMPANY is made aware 15 days before the start date. Only one transfer can be made. If you cancel within 7 days or less before the start date, then you are liable to pay the full fee.
When transferring to another date of our workshop, 15 days notice must be given before the starting date. Please note that if the next workshop is full, a subsequent date within the next year may be offered instead. The arranged date is then fixed and can no longer be transferred. If you decide to cancel, you are liable to pay the full fee.
Students are required to attend every day of their workshop in order to receive their completion certificate. If a student is absent for any reason we will endeavour to catch up the work missed within the remainder of their workshop. If this is not possible, the student will be required to return at a later date to complete their training.
Students are required to behave in a professional manner whilst attending any workshops at the THE LIL DRAMA COMPANY. We hold the right to refuse training to students under the influence of substances such as illegal drugs or alcohol without refund.
PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING
In accordance with the Studio space at PAD STUDIOS, all photography, filming and recording of any sort is prohibited inside the Studio space. Any breach of this regulation will result in a student’s being removed from the workshop without refund. Should students wish to take photographs, video or audio recordings within the premises of PAD STUDIOS, permission must be expressed by the nominated workshop leader.
Photos on our website are gained with appropriate approvals and are either licensed stock photography and/or privately owned images of its own, which have been granted consent to use on THE LIL DRAMA COMPANY website.
